A slow fluid class drawing attention to the connection between the lower back, pelvis and belly with a focus on stability and alignment. Develop posture awareness to take into your daily life.

ABOUT LOUISE
Welcome! I sincerely hope you enjoy visiting and benefit from the beautiful practice of yoga.
I was first introduced to yoga 30 years ago while studying a Bachelor of Performing Arts in Dance. I was not a fan! As a classical ballerina, the poses were very foreign, but I was soon a convert. The balance, strength and flexibility, as well as the clarity and mental health benefits that I’ve enjoyed as a result of my yoga experiences is something I’m keen to share. I am now an RYT350hr trained Yoga Teacher with additional qualifications in Pre and Post-natal Yoga and Restorative Yoga. I'm hoping that my classes will help you experience the positive effects of yoga shining bright in all areas of your life.
